Orders are shipped either by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Transit times are quoted by the USPS and FLB is not responsible if the carrier transit time is longer than quoted.
If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but It Is Not Received
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you can’t find your package, please contact your local post office. If the post office confirms that the package was indeed delivered and a theft of your package has taken place, please contact your local police to file a report.
